Roller conveyor machines
Machines of this type are suitable for derusting and descaling of rolled steel products like sheets and profiles in continuous operation, for removing the colour ashes of paint skids following pyrolysis or as modified versions in the area of rim production and in casting applications.
The workpieces are transported via roller bed conveyor systems and if applicable cross conveyors.
Combined with a pre-dryer and a downstream priming and drying unit, the machine can be expanded into a preservation line.
